Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Andrew has tried numerous complex cases involving car accidents, truck wrecks, house and apartment fires, slip and falls, and workplace injuries. He is an advocate for victims of damaging pharmaceutical drugs such as Yaz/Yasmin, Viagra, and other medications that have caused serious injury or death. He has also prosecuted complex medical malpractice and liability cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, improper surgeries, misdiagnosis of cancers, and infectious diseases, including AIDS, hepatitis and sepsis.

He enjoys sharing his expertise with future generations of lawyers by teaching courses at Texas Wesleyan University, Southern Methodist University, The South Texas College of Law and the University of Texas at Arlington. He also instructs other accident attorneys in continuing legal education courses on products liability, medical malpractice, legal procedure and insurance law.
